City Council meetings are the first and third Tuesday of each month. Any member of the public may attend and address the City Council during the Public Comment portion of the agenda or submit a written communication to cityclerk@cityofsantamaria.org for transmission to the City Council. A member of the public may request that an item be placed on a future agenda by completing the Request for Placement of Item on City Council Agenda form which outlines your request. The form may be returned to the City Clerk's Office located at City Hall, 110 East Cook Street, Santa Maria, or by emailing the Request form to cityclerk@cityofsantamaria.org. The form is then referred to the City Manager who reviews the request and determines if the request can be handled at a Department level or needs to be scheduled for the next available City Council meeting.
